Israeli Air Force launches attack against Syrian Army in Golan Heights By Leith Fadel

BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:55 A.M.) – On Wednesday evening, the Israeli Air Force carried out a new attack against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the Golan Heights, destroying a suspected weapons warehouse in Ba’ath City.

According to locals in Khan ‘Arnabeh, an Israeli chopper traveling from the Al-Nada area of the occupied Golan Heights was responsible for carrying out the missile attack against the Syrian Arab Army.

A military source told Al-Masdar News that no casualties were reported by the Syrian Arab Army, despite the large presence of soldiers in the area.

The military source added that the warehouse in Al-Ba’ath City was completely empty when the Israeli Air Force attacked it on Wednesday night.

Israel reportedly carried out this attack in response to a tank shell landing in the occupied territories; however, the Syrian Arab Army has denied firing any shells towards these lands.

People should look up the Gleiwitz incident, a false flag attack by Nazi forces posing as Polish troops on German radio station, 31 August 1939. Inmates dressed in Polish uniforms were shot at the site and their bodies were left to falsely implicate Poland and provide a pretext for invasion.

Israel is apparently replicating the Gleiwitz incident as a pretext for invading Syria

IMHO not comparable to Gleiwitz. More like the USS Maine/Havana incident (coal bunker explosion), the official reason to the US attack on the Spanish colonies, the Gulf of Tonkin Incident or like the Bush attack on Iraq under the pretexts – there had been an attack, serious provocations or arms of mass destruction. p.s. IMHO It has been discussed before. I suspect that the terrorists provoke Israeli attacks on the SAA. While DaeshbagSx insists that Israel knows exactly from where the attacks are staged. Whatever: Between civilized countries You would send a diplomatic complaint or a bill for the damages as long as nobody gets hurt. Example. The prudent Russian reaction when the plane was shot down by Turkey.
